Conservatism = Rock?

OK, I'm shamelessly stealing from The Heavy Metal Librarian here, but honestly this is insane. Do Republicans not listen to lyrics? Do they not understand sarcasm? Do they just not GET IT? Well, besides that "it"? No, obviously they don't. I totally agree with The Beach Boys presence and Lynyrd Skynyrd's song being on here, but...jeez. Man. I don't even know what to say except I hope several of the artists on the list get together and play these songs for some left-wing charitable function.
