I just took a 3-hour nap. The headache has shrunk to walnut size rather than whale size. I have an appointment to see the eye doctor tomorrow, but in the meantime he said to restart on the drops.
I just looked at the sidebar in my blog for the first time in a week or so. The cost of the war in Iraq is now over 500 billion dollars. When I first put that counter up, I'm pretty sure we were still in the Millions. With the amount of money they've spent on the war in my mom and sister's county in Colorado, they could have provided over 13,500 children with health care, or 5,200 kids could have used Head Start.
Which just reminds me that there are more important issues out there than my eyes and iced sugar cookies.
Good to keep in mind.
