Yes, it's another day we consumers are supposed to be SHOPPING FOR OUR LOVED ONES. Well, here's the full accounting of what we purchased, between the three of us: 4 cards, 1 box of iced sugar cookies, and flowers to two other addresses. I think that brings it in under $100, or not much over.

And here we sit watching men's figure skating (short program) and whatever else the NBC Olympic mavens throw at us. Sparky's gone to bed. We've talked to both of our moms, cleaned up the dinner dishes, and generally the house isn't in terrible shape.

I think I'll go take a bath as soon as the skating ends.
