Monday

This was the plan for today, more or less figured out as I lay in bed last night:
--Up with "the boys" to say goodbye (by 7 for Beast, 7:30 for Sparky)
--Call vet to get guinea pigs' claws trimmed
--Make grocery list
--Dressed and out the door by 8:30 or so to stop by church to pick up the advent calendar that was left behind yesterday (be sure to have all framing stuff in hand)
--Bank for $$
--Chiropractor at 10
--To frame shop (owned by my nephew's mother) to get 3 things framed and have the glass replaced in one thing
--Grocery store
--Home by, oh, noonish
--Put away groceries, grab lunch, back out to look for a new tree-topper and something else...can't remember now what it was...
--Anyway, home again by two to relax and get stuff organized from last night's meeting and maybe start looking over the Christmas card list
--Sparky home from school at 4 or so; he does homework while I get stuff together for dinner

Then there's reality:
--Woke up at 4 worrying about last night's meeting, and listening to Beast snore sans C-PAP
--Dragged pillow, etc. into spare bedroom, along with crosswords so I could turn off brain and get back to sleep [turned off my alarm so it wouldn't bother Beast]
--Eventually got back to sleep around 5:15, only to wake up at 8:45 to an empty house
--Ate breakfast, groused about no one waking me up, got dressed, made shopping list and arrived [late] at chiropractor's
--He is out of town at a funeral; never called me
--To bank
--To church, where I spent 90 minutes chatting with people (that's why I wanted to get there earlier: I can't seem to not chat when there are people there)
--Back home to collect framing stuff which I left there because I ran out of the house too quickly -- this added 30 minutes to the whole plan
--To frame shop, where I chatted for another hour
--To grocery store
--Home, at 2:30; message from Suzanne's shop that she was detained and wouldn't be able to do my massage tonight...er, good thing--I'd forgotten about it!!
--Put away groceries and realized that I really didn't have time to shop for tree-topper before Sparky's return from school
--Sparky arrives home and get's started on homework
--Sparky tells me at 4:15 he forgot his spelling book at school; we will drive back to town to get it
--Vet for nails? Dinner organization? Calm evening? Typing up notes from last night's meeting? Hah!! HAHA Christmas cards? HA HA HA

I'm three weeks behind in Bible Study homework, so that must get done tonight. The tree will have to stay t0pless for another day or so. {shrug}
