Countering that, there was a horrific accident near Beast's workplace today: a full semi ran a red-light during rush-hour, hit a mini-van, went sideways, and slid across a 3-lanes-all-way intersection. Nine cars involved, one person--the minivan driver--killed. Instantly. Through no apparent fault of his own.
